AGREEMENT TERMS
By signing this agreement, the Carrier/Owner Operator agrees to authorize FastXRoute Dispatch Services to act as a dispatching service provider for booking freight loads and communicating with brokers on behalf of the carrier.
The Carrier Agrees That:
- All information provided to FastXRoute is accurate, complete, and valid.
- Dispatch services will be performed professionally and remotely on behalf of the carrier.
- The carrier remains solely responsible for their drivers, equipment, insurance, safety compliance, and load delivery.
- FastXRoute is not responsible for freight claims, damages, delays, or violations caused by the carrier or driver.
- Payment terms and dispatch fees will be mutually agreed upon separately between both parties.
- Either party reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and fully agree to the terms and conditions stated above. This agreement is legally binding upon signature.
